Funzionalità

AI-driven set-point optimization — AI algorithms continuously compute the motor's ideal operating point, synchronizing machine performance with the system's real demand.
Real plant-demand detection — precisely measures what the system is actually asking for, giving full control over modulation parameters.
Plug-and-play install with no downtime — the IoT box connects straight to the inverter/VFD and installs in minutes, without interrupting production.
Universal inverter/VFD compatibility — works with any variable frequency drive already in place, no hardware replacement needed.
Continuous consumption and savings monitoring — constant measurement of energy saved, with verifiable data underpinning the shared-savings model.
Predictive maintenance via wireless sensors — high-precision sensors, reliable even in ATEX-0 environments, for continuous asset health monitoring.
Vibration analysis validated by certified analysts — data doesn't stay raw: certified analysts interpret it and return answers on the specific asset.
Actionable guidance on what and when — not just anomaly alerts, but clear instructions on the intervention and its timing, to cut downtime and recurring failures.

Descrizione del software Caleno

Caleno (by Tinental) is a plug-and-play IoT platform for the energy efficiency and reliability of motor-driven industrial machinery. It comes in two modules:

Caleno Energy — an IoT box compatible with any inverter/VFD. It installs in minutes by connecting directly to the pump’s VFD, with no need to stop the production line. AI algorithms pinpoint the system’s actual demand and compute the motor’s optimal set-point, synchronizing performance with real need: energy waste is eliminated while quality and output are preserved, with claimed savings of up to 60%. The commercial model is zero-cost for the customer, based on sharing the savings generated (which are continuously monitored).

Caleno Predict — the predictive maintenance module. High-precision wireless sensors (reliable even in ATEX-0 environments, thanks to exclusive partnerships with sensor manufacturers) feed proprietary algorithms; the raw data is then interpreted by certified vibration analysts, who deliver not just anomaly alerts but concrete guidance on what to do and when to intervene. The goal is to reduce recurring failures, minimize downtime, and make predictive maintenance financially worthwhile.
